Some of the specialities of Skopelos island are the Skopelitan cheese pie, and tasty pie with greens. The tasteful grouper fish casserole with onions (stifado) and a fabulous dish with boiled "trahana" consisting of milk and grated wheat. |

Desserts
The traditional deserts of Skopelos are the famous “avgato” (sweet made with plumps), "hamalia” (sweet made grated almonds and rose water) a varriation of this are “Rozedes”. There is also a jelly in a jar with marmalade from almonds. |

Our garden produces fresh vegetables all summer.
Tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, cucumbers, peppers, beans.
