The road passes near the apartments MELROSE is the quickest to get to the best beaches of the island.
Just 3 km from the apartments MELROSE there is the monastery and the tomb of the saint Riginos Skopelos bishop in the 4th century AD.
After 2 km there is a junction. There you can choose to go left to shore Limnonari and Agnondas for fresh fish and swim.
If you go right, you will reach the coast of Panormos. It has very clear blue waters and many taverns and other shops.
After 1 km you will find the beach of Milia . The most beautiful and largest beach . Ideal for swimming and water sports. Enjoy the green of the pines and the clear blue of the sea. Three minutes after the beach of Milia along the coast Kastani. It is known from the movie MAMMAMIA . And here will enchant the natural beauty and the sea .
Then you will find the village Elios . There is a great beach for swimming here and a few taverns . Near the village there is the coast named Hovolo. Here the sea and the setting is breathtaking .
The next village is called GLOSSA . Located high in the mountains and is very picturesque . There you will find Women's Association that makes the famous " hamalia ." Local sweet with almonds.
Four kilometers from Skopelos along is the coast STAFYLOS . It is one of the most popular beaches on the island. Also on the north side of the island there is the coast Glisteri.
